STAFFARMOR + EXECUTIVE
Staffarmor supports workforce, attendance and working time management. Executive organises company matters, documents and management workflows. It has its own subscription and can be accessed with an existing Staffarmor account once Executive access is activated.
Staffarmor home ↗01 / EXECUTIVE
A matter provides the shared context for documents, responsibility and history.
General, contractual, financial, legal, grant and financing matters. Track work through statuses and assigned owners.
Upload, authorised download, previous versions and references to documents from other matters. Keep related material together.
Requirements, missing documents, document reviews and submission snapshots. Preparing a package does not submit it to an external authority.
Dedicated views for specialist matters and their documents. Collaborate with accountants, legal advisers and consultants.
Decision drafts, opinions, document packs, approval plans and workflows within the Business workspace.
Manual deadlines, reminders and in-app notifications help teams identify the next action.
Business supports sharing selected document versions with recipient email-code verification, expiry and revocation.
An audit log, archive and reports for supported workflows help with reviews and handovers.
02 / EXECUTIVE
Data stays in the client company’s workspace. A designated provider member can access only approved matters.
The client requests a connection and the provider accepts. Providers can also initiate a request.
The client creates a grant, financing or Business matter in their own workspace.
The provider owner nominates an active member of their own company within an approved relationship.
The client owner chooses the matters, read or edit access and the expiry date.
The approved member switches company to access the authorised matters and documents.
A connection or subscription alone does not grant access to another company’s documents. Delegated access does not grant ownership or signing authority.
A clear view of matters, responsibility, deadlines and decision history.
Invite clients, manage plans and work across companies where access is authorised.
Access the documents and specific matters needed for the agreed work.
03 / BASIC & BUSINESS
Provider-sold subscriptions follow the provider’s offer.
EXECUTIVE BASIC

EXECUTIVE BUSINESS
Broader company matters and management workflows.

With separately enabled provider access, invite client companies and manage their subscriptions. Alongside standard paid activation, providers can offer a 60-day preparation period linked to successful funding or a grant. An extension or paid activation is required afterwards; there is no automatic paid conversion.
Every legal company has its own workspace.
The plan, user role and matter-level permissions jointly determine access.
Delegated access can be time-limited and revoked. Previously downloaded copies are not deleted by revocation.
The audit log helps you review recorded actions.
We agree the plan, set up the company workspace and send an invitation in a separate email.
Use your existing Staffarmor account with the invited email address, or create a new account.
Accept Executive’s own terms and privacy documents, then start working on your first matter.
No. Executive can be used independently. An existing Staffarmor account helps you sign in, but Executive access must be enabled separately.
Plans and fees apply per company. One user can switch between authorised companies; this does not include unlimited company subscriptions.
A connection does not expose other companies’ matters. Access is tied to the specific company and authorised scope.
No. It supports collaboration on financial matters and documents. The legal workspace also does not replace professional advice.
Signature authority records and signature drafts are available. The complete electronic signing workflow is still under development.
The provider can start a 60-day preparation period awaiting a successful outcome. Access is suspended on expiry; the provider or central administration can extend it by 30 days or activate a paid period after payment.
