Staffarmor™ Employee Terms of Use
Rules for employee and other non-administrative use of Staffarmor™.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of Staffarmor™ by employees and other non-administrative users. SBSA Laboratory OÜ is the technical service provider; the employer or organisation providing access is the Customer.
2. Purpose of the system
- working-time and attendance recording
- viewing schedules and managing breaks, leave and absences
- correction requests and approval workflows
- documents, declarations and electronic acknowledgements
- administrative communication between the Customer and the employee
3. Customer responsibility
All employment, labour-law and organisational settings are the Customer’s responsibility, including working time, schedules, breaks, leave, site access, permissions, documents, approvals, corrections and payroll decisions. SBSA Laboratory OÜ is not the user’s employer and does not issue work instructions.
4. Account security
- use only your own account
- keep passwords, PINs, QR identity and activation links confidential
- report unauthorised access promptly
- provide accurate information
- never clock in or out on behalf of another person
5. Prohibited use
- using another person’s account or recording false attendance
- bypassing security controls or launching automated attacks
- unauthorised data access or download
- interfering with the service or uploading unlawful content
6. Attendance data
Staffarmor™ records technical and decision-support information. The Customer is responsible for checking records, investigating variances, deciding corrections and determining final working-time and payroll data.
7. Outages and work obligations
Temporary unavailability, maintenance, internet failure or service disruption does not by itself remove the obligation to start or perform work. Users must follow the Customer’s instructions and fallback procedures, report the issue and correct missing records later.
8. Service-provider liability
SBSA Laboratory OÜ aims to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for unlawful Customer settings, employer decisions, incorrect payroll, Customer documents, incorrect user data, external connectivity or device failures, or the absence of Customer fallback procedures. Mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated on Customer instruction, at the end of employment or subscription, in a security incident, for unauthorised use or serious breach.
10. Intellectual property
Staffarmor™ source code, design, data model, documentation, logos and trademarks belong to SBSA Laboratory OÜ or its licensors. The user receives only a personal, work-related, revocable right of use.
11. Governing principles and changes
Technical use of the platform is governed by applicable Estonian and EU law without limiting mandatory employment or data-protection rights. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
